Bann Limited is a family owned Construction Company which was established in 1980. The Company headquarters are located on the Charlestown Road in Portadown. In 2007 these premises were extended and refurbished to provide a modern office complex for the professional, technical and administration services of the company.

The company previously traded as Bann Contracts but in 2003, as the business continued to grow, incorporated as Bann Limited. Over the years the company has gradually evolved into a successful construction company in both the public and private sectors.

The company now undertakes projects for large public bodies such as the Housing Executive and the regional councils and private construction developers. The projects vary in size from small refurbishment jobs that are completed in a number of weeks to large scale multi-million pounds projects that take several years to complete.

As part of the company’s evolution process, Bann Limited has acquired wide ranging construction skills (with all site managers holding CSR cards) and have harnessed a professional construction management team who pride themselves in being able to meet their client’s tight contract deadlines, attain the highest standards of quality and ensure that financial budgets are satisfied.
